1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
SeoPilot connects to websites you authorize and researches, writes, optimizes, and publishes content, and tracks AI visibility. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. You may run the Service autonomously or route content through a human approval queue.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
- violate the terms of any connected platform or third party;
- generate spam, malware, or content that manipulates search or AI systems in violation of their policies;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Your content & connected sites
You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide and the sites you connect. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service — to process, generate, and publish content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing output and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI models. Output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before reliance or publication. We do not warrant that generated content will rank, be cited, or achieve any particular result.
6. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by SeoPilot Technologies Inc. and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks except as needed to use the Service.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
