Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. We also support the spirit of Batas Pambansa Bilang 344 (the Accessibility Law) and Republic Act No. 7277 (the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability) in extending equal access to information and services.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with clear landmark structure (header, nav, main, footer).
- A visible "skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
- Keyboard operability and visible focus indicators throughout.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Color contrast that targets WCAG AA for text and interface elements.
- Support for
prefers-reduced-motionto limit animation. - Responsive, zoom-friendly layouts that reflow on small screens.
- Descriptive link text and labelled form controls.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where third-party components or embedded content fall short, we work to find accessible alternatives. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritize a fix.
